Whether you're a parent and adult child, couple, polycule, or triad, let's work together to create the loving, empathetic, and thoughtful relationship you're hoping for. We will explore what harm and stories are holding you back from finding your potential In therapy, work on education  from several perspectives: your shared and personal history, your trauma narratives, culture and its impact, how societal narratives may impact your relationship, how attachment appears, and the deepening of your connection through deeper, more meaningful, communication

EMDR Therapy

In our EMDR sessions, we focus on a bottom up healing experience by using bilateral stimulation and somatic components to engage your mind's innate capacity to heal. This approach incorporates key elements: confronting and processing distressing memories that haunt you, rebuilding a sense of safety within and around you,  and fostering reconnection with your body.
